1
Step 1: Sample Taken and Sent to Lab for Testing
We will identify suspected materials that may contain asbestos. With the correct PPE, we will take a small sample of suspected material and put it in a ziplock bag. We take the sample to the lab for analysis. After completion, we will provide you with a full, detailed, certified document containing the results.

Step 2: Containment & Removal of Contaminated Materials
The work area is sealed off with polythene sheeting, and negative air machines are used to create a controlled environment. During removal, workers use PPE and keep asbestos wet to reduce the release of asbestos fibers. Contaminated waste is double-bagged for disposal, securely sealed, and labeled according to regulatory guidelines for hazardous waste. Monitor the air quality continuously with appropriate devices to guarantee safety.

Step 3: Disposal of Contaminated Materials
Contaminated materials are then trucked in a roll-off bin truck by our sister company, Moore Bins Ltd, to a licensed landfill.

Step 4: Final Clearance Testing
We can now proceed with air sampling, a critical component of the clearance testing. Air samples are collected using high-volume pumps, and the fibers are analyzed under a microscope. To achieve regulatory compliance, the results must meet specific criteria. If levels are above this threshold, further cleaning and testing are required. If clear of hazardous materials, a clearance letter will then be provided.
